Q. How can I change my login details?

A. Your login details are found under the ‘Edit My Login Details’ page. Start by clicking on ‘My Home’ in the top navigation menu from any Club Intimate web page. On your personal home page, click the ‘Edit My Login Details’ link found on the right hand side of your primary photo. From here you can edit your Password, Email Address, Security Question and Answer and your current Time Zone. Make sure to click the ‘Update’ button to save your new changes.

Q. Why can't I change my username?

A. Usernames are selected during the initial registration process and cannot be changed. If you do not really like your current username and want to have a new username, you will have to cancel your account under this username and create a new account. Please note that all information saved under your current username will be deleted.
